All current WebNums contacts route through hello@feldroy.com. Use the subject shown below so the request can be triaged correctly. Never send a password, one-time authentication code, complete payment card number, porting PIN, or identity document in your first email.

Use this channel for suspected fraud, phishing, impersonation, harassment, threats, unlawful recording, number hijacking, spam, malware, or other violations of our Terms.

- The WebNums phone number, including country code.
- The date, approximate time, and time zone.
- A factual description of what happened and how you were affected.
- The sender or caller number, if relevant and safe to provide.
- A case or police-report number, if one already exists.
You may attach a screenshot or header information if needed, but redact unrelated personal data. Do not forward child sexual abuse material, malware, passwords, one-time codes, porting PINs, or identity documents. Preserve original evidence in a safe place.
We review reports, may ask for verification or more information, and may preserve records, block traffic, suspend service, notify a carrier, or make a legally required report. Privacy and safety may prevent us from sharing the outcome with a reporter.
Immediate danger
WebNums is not an emergency service.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact the local emergency services for the place where the person is located. An email to WebNums is not monitored as an emergency hotline and cannot provide real-time assistance or location information.
